Welcome to Rovera Destinations. By booking any tour package, transport service, hotel stay, or travel-related service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any package or service.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel details during booking.
Rovera Destinations reserves the right to cancel any booking due to incomplete payment, incorrect information, or unavoidable operational reasons.
2. Payment Terms
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, or other approved methods.
Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, transportation charges, taxes, or government regulations.
Any additional expenses arising during the tour must be paid directly by the traveler.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, early departures, or no-shows.
During peak seasons, festivals, or special events, cancellation charges may be higher.
4. Travel Documents
Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the journey.
For international tours, travelers are responsible for passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and other required documentation.
Rovera Destinations shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, or delays caused by incomplete documentation.
5. Tour Changes & Itinerary Modifications
Rovera Destinations reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotel arrangements, transportation, or sightseeing schedules due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbances, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Alternate arrangements of similar standards may be provided when necessary.
Additional expenses arising from such changes must be borne by the traveler.
6. Hotel & Transportation Policy
Hotel check-in and check-out timings will follow hotel policies.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Vehicle usage is limited to the itinerary schedule only.
Air conditioning in vehicles may not operate in hilly regions or during vehicle stoppages.
Travelers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper conduct during transportation.
7. Responsibilities of Travelers
Travelers must behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, hotel staff, and fellow travelers.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by travelers will be their sole responsibility.
Travelers should follow local laws, safety instructions, and environmental guidelines during the trip.
Consumption of illegal substances or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Rovera Destinations acts only as a tour organizer and intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, and local vendors.
We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, theft, natural calamities, road blockages, weather disruptions, strikes, political unrest, or any event beyond our control.
Participation in adventure or outdoor activities is entirely at the traveler’s own risk.
9. Force Majeure
Rovera Destinations shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, landslides, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information shared with Rovera Destinations will be used only for booking, communication, and travel-related purposes.
We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
By using our services, you consent to receiving booking updates and travel-related communications.
11. Pricing & Inclusions
Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in each tour itinerary.
Any services not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions” will be treated as exclusions.
Entrance fees, permits, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities may require additional payment unless stated otherwise.
12. Photography & Promotional Use
Rovera Destinations may use photographs or videos captured during tours for promotional and marketing purposes unless travelers specifically request otherwise in writing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Rovera Destinations, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
